Welcome to our website…

On behalf of the staff and governors I would like to extend a warm welcome to both you and your child. At SMP we are committed to ensuring that every child reaches their full educational potential, both academically and personally, and that they leave our school as confident young people who are well prepared for the next stage of their education. Please be assured that we will work with you to ensure that your child enjoys their time with us as a happy and successful young learner.

Mrs M Neill, Headteacher.

Statement of British Values.   SMPA.

At SMPA we promote British values including the democratic system. Our School Council and Head Boy and Girl are elected each September during our Democracy Week and we celebrate key events such as Remembrance Day, Christian festivals and key historical events such as the centenary of World War 1 and Jubilees. Our collective worship reflects broadly Christian values and we have several guest presenters each term who deliver faith assemblies. Our broad and balanced history curriculum covers important figures and events from British History and our pupils have many opportunities to celebrate their heritage.

For more information please follow the curriculum links on out website.
